This role will focus on vehicle planning, driver management, operational efficiency, cost control, and supporting the wider operations team. Key Responsibilities Manage daily vehicle planning and routing. Monitor operational performance and resolve delivery issues. Ensure driver hours and transport compliance are maintained. Control operational costs, including VBS bookings, overtime, and nights out. Liaise with drivers, planners, fleet, and maintenance teams. Support junior team members and act as an escalation point for operational queries. Assist in achieving revenue targets and driving continuous improvement. Requirements Experience within container haulage, port operations, or transport planning. Strong knowledge of container movements and VBS booking systems.
