About the Role As part of our Education Policy team, you''ll:  Lead on strategic education workforce policy and HR-related issues Shape national policy through engagement with Welsh Government and partners Support major forums and networks across local government and education Provide expert advice to councils on workforce, pay and employment matters  You''ll play a key role in strengthening partnerships across Wales, working with trade unions, government officials and senior stakeholders. About you We''re looking for someone who brings:  Strong HR and workforce policy experience Knowledge of pay, terms and conditions in a public sector setting Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to manage complex projects and priorities A collaborative, solutions-focused approach A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is essential.
