Senior PMO - Insurance, Change TransformationUp to 800 per day - Inside IR35London / Hybrid6 monthsMy client is an instantly recognisable Insurer who require a Senior PMO to provide Senior PMO leadership across planning, financials, RAID, dependency management, governance forums and executive reporting, ensuring coordination across the business.Key Requirements:Previous commercial experience working as a Senior PMO leading oversight for a large-scale transformation programme, managing integrated plans, milestones, critical path and multi-workstream delivery across design, build, testing and launch phases.The ability to own programme governance, including steering committees, executive reporting, forums, decision logs and production of high-quality materials for senior stakeholders.Solid experience managing RAID, dependencies and assumptions, driving proactive risk mitigation, issue resolution, audit readiness and overall delivery confidence.Excellent communication skills and able to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, business, technology, finance, risk and third-party partners to enable alignment and effective decision-making.The ability to ensure adherence to governance frameworks, delivery lifecycle standards, controls and reporting requirements within a complex, regulated environment.Can produce high-quality reporting, dashboards and KPIs, providing clear insight on progress, finances, risks, dependencies and launch readiness.Able to support ..... full job details .....
