Senior PLM Analyst

PLM AnalystOur client, an innovative engineering and manufacturing organisation, is seeking a PLM Analyst to lead the strategy, development, and day-to-day management of its Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), PDM, and CAD environments.Working closely with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, you will drive the PLM roadmap, oversee system upgrades and enhancements, manage engineering software assets, and ensure robust data and process governance across the product development lifecycle. You''ll also lead user support, training, vendor relationships, and the development of a small PLM team. Key responsibilities will include:Leading the selection, deployment, and ongoing management of PLM solutions.Developing and delivering strategic roadmaps for PLM and CAD system enhancement.Managing CAD environments, including Siemens NX and associated engineering databases.Collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement business requirements and processes.Supporting legacy CAD and PDM environments where required.Managing engineering software licensing, maintenance renewals, and budgets.Producing reporting and analytics to support service performance and budgeting decisions.Providing user support, training, and best-practice guidance.Developing procedures, documentation, and work instructions.Managing relationships with external vendors and technology partners.Building and leading a high-performing PLM team.
