This is a client-facing leadership role where you''ll drive platform engineering excellence across consultancy engagements while mentoring the next generation of platform engineers. As a senior member, you''ll autonomously plan, architect, and execute complex client engagements from conception to delivery. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities to shape technical solutions and win new business through your expertise and communication skills.Location and work arrangement

Platform Engineering Leadership: extensive experience designing and implementing production infrastructure at scaleCloud Expertise: deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services, including advanced networking, security, and governanceInfrastructure as Code: advanced proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templatesProduction Systems: proven track record of writing and delivering production code and supporting mission-critical infrastructureClient Engagement: experience working directly with clients in a consulting or advisory capacityCommunication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesMentorship: demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing junior engineersHighly DesirableContainer Orchestration: extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-native architecturesAutomation Tools: proficiency with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or ChefDevSecOps: deep understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks in cloud environmentsMulti-cloud: experience working across both AWS and Azure ecosystemsPre-sales: previous involvement in technical sales, solution architecture, or client engagement activitiesKey Responsibilities
Lead and independently execute platform engineering engagements for a variety of clientsParticipate in pre-sales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, and client presentationsServe as the primary technical point of contact for complex platform engineering initiativesPresent technical concepts and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDrive client relationships through expert consultation and thought leadershipArchitect and implement production-grade infrastructure solutions primarily in AWS and AzureLead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and sustainable platform solutionsEstablish best practices for infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud architectureTackle complex technical challenges across diverse technology stacks and client environmentsContribute to our platform engineering strategy and evolving ways of workingMentor junior platform engineers, providing technical guidance and career development supportContribute to the growth and development of our platform engineering capabilitySupport knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the wider Codurance teamBenefits
