Senior Planning Manager - Property & Land

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Planning Manager to join our growing team at SNG! We''re a leading Housing Association with 85,000 existing homes and ambitious plans to deliver 25,000 more over the next ten years and are looking for a driven planning expert to play a crucial role in our success and make a real impact.The role:You''ll be a key player in our development team, guiding new projects from conception to completion. This isn''t just about managing applications, it''s about shaping our future. You''ll lead on planning strategy, manage risks and collaborate with our Land and New Business, Regeneration and Major Projects, and Delivery teams to bring fantastic new homes to life.
