The job you''ll do: Capacity Planning and Forecasting Head up the implementation of a new ERP system Develop and maintain a comprehensive capacity plan covering all business functions, including: Engineering, Procurement, Assembly, Inspection and testing, Quality and Projects Project support functions Provide accurate visibility of: Available labour hours, Planned workload, Resource gaps, Department constraints and Potential delivery risks Maintain forward-looking capacity plans covering current projects, secured orders, and future quoted opportunities.
