The works include the replacement of 44 large-bore valves, typically 36 inches, alongside civil, mechanical and ECandI activities, requiring detailed programme management around critical fixed outages. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and manage the overall project programme for a 30m+ Design and Build project. Plan the replacement of 44 large-bore valves, incorporating civil, mechanical and ECandI works. Coordinate programme activities covering deep excavations, offsite fabrication, mechanical installation and heavy crane operations. Develop and monitor programmes for bypass installation, commissioning and critical outage activities.
