As the Senior Planning and Logistics Coordinator, you will be tasked with coordinating vehicle upkeep, managing customer interactions, and organizing tanker scheduling. A core responsibility is to oversee the service and maintenance timelines for the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are compliant, road-safe, and in optimal working condition. What do I need? Knowledge of transport and environmental regulations Valid driving licence Strong understanding of maintenance schedules and compliance CPC in management, or other relevant qualification Responsibilities: Plan and organize regular servicing, MOTs, and repair work for all tankers. Communicate with customers to arrange planned works while delivering a high standard of service and professionalism. Oversee and document vehicle maintenance activities, including MOTs, servicing, and repairs for both tanker and support fleets. Ensure all vehicle servicing complies with industry regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with drivers, garages, and external vendors to reduce vehicle downtime.
