Senior Planner/Enforcement Officer Location: King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 2+ Months Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 32.62 per hour Job Ref: OR10371 Job Responsibilities Manage a caseload of planning applications. Respond to pre-application requests and handle the discharge of conditions. Attend Planning Committee meetings as required. Conduct site visits in the North area of Somerset. Person Specification Ability to work 1-2 days in the office per week. Possession of a valid driving license (DL) and evidence of business car insurance.
