Known for delivering innovative, fast-paced workplace environments for blue-chip clients, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join their growing team.The Role As Senior Planner, you will play a key role in the successful planning and delivery of complex workplace and commercial fit-out projects. Working closely with project teams, pre-construction, and delivery teams, you will develop and manage detailed programmes to ensure projects are delivered on time and efficiently.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of high-profile workplace projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project programmes using industry planning software (e.g., Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6).Work closely with pre-construction teams to produce tender programmes and methodology statements.Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and delays and proposing mitigation strategies.Liaise with project managers, commercial teams, and subcontractors to ensure programme alignment.Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.Conduct programme reviews and contribute to project planning ..... full job details .....
