Senior Planner - Top 10 Contactor

Senior Planner - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Planner to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Planner to work on major design and build projects ranging from -5m to -50m.

The initial projects include education, commercial and MOD contracts ranging from -10m - -40m under long-term framework agreements.

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of -72,500 - -82,500 (DOE)

Key Duties:
- Tender and construction phase planning
- Working on projects from -5m - -100m
- Identifying opportunities & risks
- Using ASTA Power Project

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Planner / Senior Planner
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Good working knowledge of ASTA or MS Project
- Experience on projects from -5m+

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Planner delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from -10m+
