Working as part of an experienced and collaborative team, you''ll take the lead on a varied portfolio of planning projects across the residential, commercial, leisure, renewable energy and heritage sectors. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious MRTPI Planner looking to step into a senior role where they can take ownership of projects, build long-term client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the business. Role and ResponsibilitiesLead a diverse range of planning projects from inception through to determinationPrepare planning appraisals, planning applications and appealsProvide commercially focused planning advice to a wide variety of clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsAttend client meetings, Planning Committees and public consultations where requiredContribute towards business development and generating new opportunitiesMentor junior members of the team where appropriateRequirementsMRTPI qualifiedStrong planning experience gained within either consultancy or Local AuthorityExcellent knowledge of the UK planning systemExperience preparing planning ..... full job details .....
