Senior Planner

Senior Planner Havant Manufacturing We are partnered with a marine manufacturing company based in Havant; a company we have a proven track record in recruiting for. They have a well-known reputation within the marine industry and are part of a global group. You ll be responsible for coordinating production plans across multiple areas, ensuring materials, capacity and schedules are aligned to meet customer demand. The Job Role: The Senior Planner will have some of the following responsibilities: Create and manage weekly production schedules across multiple departments Review order books and plan production to meet demand Identify and flag capacity constraints to the wider team Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are available when needed Manage subcontractor demand and monitor delivery performance Track production progress and resolve delays proactively Drive improvements to planning processes and systems Maintain accurate data within the MRP system Work cross-functionally to ensure customer delivery dates are met Requirements: To be suitable for the role of Senior Planner, you will ideally have some of the following skills and experience: Experience in a planning role within manufacturing Strong Excel and general IT skills Exposure to MRP systems Confident communicator who can work across multiple teams Highly organised with strong time management Able to prioritise and think ahead in a fast-paced environment Perks and remuneration: What is on offer? ..... full job details .....
