Senior Planner

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Senior Planner to Join their Pre-Construction team on a permanent basis. This role with be based in their office in Manchester and projects across the North West.Senior Planner Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure that planning standards at both organisation and project level are exceeded across all projects and planning and control procedures are adhered toAssist with the tender, pre-construction, and delivery of a range of opportunities and live projects by collaboratively developing and maintaining robust, detailed project plansEnsure project plans capture the full project scope, resources are considered and loaded as required, and contractual and programme-specific requirements are metCollaboratively develop and establish optimal construction methodologies, logic sequences and work outputs by drafting programmes for review and preparing logistics diagramsProactively identify opportunities and risks in the planMonitor the critical path and key milestones, advising the delivery team on any potential changes and leading challenge and mitigation actionsThoroughly develop programmes to demonstrate the impact of change in compliance with the contractual and project-specific requirementsVisit sites and attend progress meetingsMonitor progress and update short-term plans, progress reports and construction programmesDevelop 4D animations of the project plan to aid in the digital ..... full job details .....
