Senior Town PlannerBelfastSalary: Negotiable depending on skills and experienceOur client, an established environmental and planning consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Senior Town Planner to join their Northern Ireland based team. The successful Senior Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of applications mainly within the renewables sector.Experience:Ideally candidates will have a significant experience of preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers.
