The successful Senior Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a verity of exciting projects within the residential, commercial, retail and mixed use and leisure sectors. Qualifications and Experience:For this position applications are sought from candidates who have a relevant RTPI accredited degree, have achieved Chartered Town Planner status and have previous town planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.Duties:Preparing planning appraisals for land and buildingsPreparing planning applications and planning statementsWriting reports and making recommendationsLiaising with clients and planning officersUndertaking research and analysisMentoring junior members of the teamIn return the company are offering a competitive starting salary, full benefits package including generous annual leave, pension and healthcare and regular social events.Interested?
