The successful candidate can be based on one of our projects in London and the Southeast and will have MEP/building services experience across design and delivery phases. The main purpose of the role is to drive the planning function on this project and produce workable realistic and efficient programmes of work which meet an appropriate standard for the contract conditions and both internal and client requirements.
