Senior Planner - MEP

Senior Planner - (MEP/Building Services) London Permanent We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Planner to join our team based out of our London and Southeast office, working on important projects in the region. The successful candidate can be based on one of our projects in London and the Southeast and will have MEP/building services experience across design and delivery phases. The main purpose of the role is to drive the planning function on this project and produce workable realistic and efficient programmes of work which meet an appropriate standard for the contract conditions and both internal and client requirements. Monthly progress submissions, dashboard creating for reporting and weekly updates will be staple tasks in this role. Key deliverables in this role are: Ensure that all planning related activities are carried out in compliance with contractual obligations, internal processes and external legislation governing business operationsArrange and facilitate integrated planning meetings, engaging with all relevant stakeholders to develop and agree the planParticipate within bid activities as requiredWork closely with relevant project personnel and external customer in order to produce/ agree a contract baseline programme for each allocated projectMaintain and update contract baseline in line with any agreed contract changes, ensuring changes are communicated to all stakeholdersEnsure that progress and productivity is effectively monitored against ..... full job details .....
