Working across both Pre-Construction and Construction Delivery, you will provide planning and programming expertise across projects at tender, PCSA and live delivery stages, typically ranging from £5m to £250m+. The role will involve working across a mixture of individual projects and framework environments, supporting multiple concurrent schemes and workstreams. Previous experience operating within a main contractor framework or programme of works would therefore be highly advantageous.
