Senior Planner

We are working with a leading contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Planner to join our Regional Building Team, playing a key role in the successful planning and delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Reporting to the Operation Director, you will provide planning expertise across competitive and negotiated tenders, supporting project teams with robust programmes, innovative solutions, and effective project controls. You will work collaboratively with clients, consultants, supply chain partners, and internal teams to develop high-quality programmes that support successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to winning work. Key Duties Develop, manage, and review construction programmes from prequalification and tender through to project delivery, ensuring they reflect project requirements, methodology, logistics, and contractual obligations. Work closely with bid, design, commercial, and operational teams to support work-winning activities, including tender strategy, technical submissions, client presentations, and programme development. Monitor project progress, update programmes, identify risks and opportunities, and provide planning support throughout pre-construction and construction to achieve successful project outcomes.
