Performance ObjectivesOversee the MRP process - Outputs, exceptions, and planning parameters (lead time, ROP, ROQ and Safety stock).Capacity and load management - Balance workload, identify constraints and mitigating actions.Purchasing (materials) - Oversee standard lead time purchases, manage supply of long lead time purchases (Far East).Inventory - Optimise stock levels, monitor stock health, and define safety stock strategy.ERP Planning Data Management - Maintain data integrity, resolve issues, and drive improvements.Change Management - Control and co-ordinate changes and lead stock phase in/out.
