Senior Planner - Derbyshire

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner to join quality established Planning and Development Consultancy. Our client has a strong reputation in providing planning and development consultancy across the Midlands and are currently looking to grow the team size in their Derbyshire office. Working out of a Derby team, you will provide services in Strategic and Development planning to private sector clients located across the Midlands. The majority of the client’s work is focused around the commercial and residential sectors, therefore applicants with a working knowledge in this area would be favourable.Responsibilities

Provide services in Strategic and Development planning to private sector clients located across the Midlands, with a focus on Derbyshire.Support CPD within the business and contribute to building a personal and team network with the aim to develop into a Principal/Associate Planner within the organisation.Qualifications

Ideally at least 5 years of professional planning experience (public or private sector suitable).Full, clean UK driving licence.RTPI membership is expected.Remuneration and Contact

Salary £30-40k; Vacancy type Permanent; Location Derby; Categories Town Planning.Salary accompanying this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience.
