Your new role
Senior Planners required for major construction projects on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk/Norfolk border. As Senior Planner you''ll play a pivotal role in delivering expert planning and scheduling support to both pre-construction and project delivery teams, ensuring every phase aligns smoothly and efficiently.
Main duties:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics to track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure cohesive integration of design, procurement, and construction activities within project programmes.
- Prepare detailed tender programmes and method statements, and confidently present proposals during settlement meetings.
- Lead change management efforts by assessing the impact of variations on project timelines and advising on extensions of time.
- Create and manage schedules, and source and evaluate quotations for all time-related preliminaries.
