Senior Planner

Required background: Housebuilding

We are working closely with a reputable, well-funded housebuilder to strengthen their Planning department with a Senior Planner to support their growth plans over the next 5 years. You will be working on a variety of projects ranging from 50-300+ units, with a number of live and forthcoming applications due to be submitted in the next 6 months. We will consider a strong candidate looking to move from a consultancy to client side - previous housebuilding experience would be a preference.
