to join our established team in Cheltenham. You''ll lead on a range of complex planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, providing expert guidance to clients and mentoring junior staff.

Key Requirements

MRTPI qualified with strong UK planning experience

Proven track record in managing planning applications and appeals

Confident in client liaison and local authority engagement

Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
