The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to join a collaborative and creative team based in London. You''ll play a key role in managing projects, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of innovative developments from concept through to approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a range of planning applications and appeals
• Providing strategic planning advice to clients and internal design teams
• Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to team growth
• Working closely with architects to deliver integrated, high-quality schemes

Requirements

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards)
• Proven experience within a consultancy or developer environment
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
