Role Description

This is a full-time role for Senior Planner and/or Associate Director at Ferguson Planning. The person will be responsible for leading planning projects, conducting assessments, preparing reports, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

MRTPI

Urban Planning, Land Use Planning, and Environmental Planning expertise

Experience in project management and client engagement

Research and Analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Proficiency in planning software and tools

Knowledge of planning regulations and policies in the UK

Degree in Urban Planning
