Senior Philanthropy Manager - US Giving

We''re recruiting for a Senior Philanthropy Manager - US Giving to lead GOSH Charity''s US Giving strategy and unlock the potential of philanthropy from the United States. This is a unique opportunity to shape our US fundraising presence, maximise the potential of our US 501(c)(3) organisation and build influential relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices and charitable foundations. You''ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on fundraising, managing a seven-figure personal portfolio, securing transformational gifts and working closely with our US Board and professional advisers. You''ll also line manage a Philanthropy Executive and help connect American philanthropists, foundations and corporates with our ambitious fundraising priorities. Salary The salary for this position is £55,000 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Monday is a fixed in person Philanthropy team day.
