Senior Philanthropy Executive - Mid-Level Giving Location: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Kinross or Balloch - hybrid working Salary: £41,701 - £48,200 per annum (pro rata) Contract Type: Permanent, Full time 35 hours per week Closing date: 06 August 2026 (11:59pm) Focus: Mid-level giving, donor stewardship, prospect development and emerging major gifts. We are looking for a Senior Philanthropy Executive to join our Partnerships and Philanthropy team and help grow income from CHAS''s mid-level giving audience. This role will focus on building strong relationships with donors and prospects who typically give £1,500-£9,999 per year, while identifying new opportunities to grow supporter loyalty, increase giving, and develop major gift prospects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys thoughtful relationship management by combining compelling communication and proactive donor development. You will manage and grow a portfolio of mid-level donors, create tailored stewardship plans, spot opportunities within our supporter base, and work across CHAS to help build a strong pipeline of future philanthropic support.
