This is a senior operational and strategic support role, rather than a direct fundraising position. You''ll help strengthen the philanthropy function during a period of transition and growth, supporting colleagues to keep donor opportunities moving and work effectively together. Key responsibilities Coach and support colleagues, including helping new team members settle in and develop their skills. Review donor and prospect portfolios, identify opportunities and recommend practical next steps. Strengthen the team''s approach to pipeline reviews, tracking and reporting. Advise on cultivation and stewardship plans, donor engagement and relationship-building activity. Support donor events, briefings, reports, cases for support and senior stakeholder meetings. Work with fundraising operations, events, marketing and programme colleagues to coordinate activity. Contribute to campaign preparation and the introduction of new ways of working.
