Senior PFI Asset Manager Location: South / South West England Home Based with Regional TravelSalary: Up to £83,000 + £7,500 Car Allowance + 20% BonusPackage: Potential earnings of circa £107,000 plus 10% pension, private healthcare and excellent benefits Contract: Permanent, Full TimeWe are supporting a leading infrastructure investment and asset management organisation in the recruitment of an experienced Senior PFI Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of operational PFI projects across the South of England.This is an opportunity to take responsibility for the operational, commercial and contractual performance of multiple PFI projects, working closely with Project Company Boards, investors, FM providers and public sector stakeholders.The role is home-based, with travel to projects across the region.The Role You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and performance of a portfolio of PFI projects, ensuring contractual obligations are met, commercial interests are protected and strong stakeholder relationships are maintained.Key Responsibilities Oversee the operational and commercial performance of multiple PFI projects. Act as a key point of contact for Project Company Boards, clients, FM providers and other stakeholders. Monitor contractual performance, payment mechanisms, service delivery and compliance.
