Senior Personal Tax Manager

Managing, developing, and expanding the personal tax team, including recruiting and coaching team members.Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering trusted advisory services.Playing an active role in business development and networking within the local marketplace to expand the firm’s client base.Supporting the senior leadership team in delivering strategic objectives for the tax practice.Acting as a mentor and leader, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.Qualifications

A suitable professional qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).Significant experience working within a personal tax environment.Confident business developer with a strong network or appetite to build contacts within the local business community.Excellent people management skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.Commercially-minded with a motivation to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the firm.What’s on Offer
