We''re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced digital trading environment and wants to take real ownership of performance strategy, optimisation, and results. This is a hands-on, analytical role with genuine influence. You''ll shape PPC strategy, guide Paid Social and email improvements, and work closely with stakeholders across Digital, Merchandising, Product and Content to drive profitable growth. What You''ll Be Doing PPC Leadership (core focus) Own day-to-day PPC trading, budget management and optimisation across a large, diverse SKU range. Recommend and implement data-led campaign improvements. Optimise product titles, descriptions and landing pages using both AI tools and your own copywriting skills. Identify key drivers of performance (pricing, product trends, offers, inventory) and communicate clear recommendations to stakeholders. Partner with IT to improve PPC feeds and support trading activity. Stay ahead of platform trends, testing opportunities and market shifts.
