Senior Performance Marketer / Lead Generation ManagerSolihull (Office-based, Monday Thursday full-time across 4 days) £40,000 £60,000 + Performance BonusWe re working with a fast-growing SaaS business that s looking to hire a high-level, hands-on performance marketer to take ownership of their core lead generation funnel.This is not a traditional marketing role. You ll be responsible for driving a consistent flow of qualified demo bookings (target: 20 per day) through paid social campaigns, primarily Meta (Facebook/Instagram).The Role You ll own the end-to-end book a call funnel from ad through to booked demo working alongside a specialist team (media buyer, designer and technical support) to drive performance and results.Day-to-day, you ll be: Analysing campaign and funnel performance and identifying opportunities to improve results Testing new ideas, messaging and angles to increase conversion rates Working closely with the team to optimise landing pages and user journeys Driving both the volume and quality of demo bookings for the sales team This role suits someone who understands performance marketing inside-out and enjoys improving results, not just running campaigns.About You Strong background in performance marketing / paid media / lead generation Experience with Meta (Facebook) advertising Proven track record of improving lead generation funnels (not eCommerce) Highly data-driven with a focus on ROI and conversion Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ..... full job details .....
