Senior Performance and Insights Analyst

Summary We''re looking for a Senior Performance and Insights Analyst to join our Organisational Performance team within Strategy and Governance. You''ll play a leading role in helping the organisation understand how effectively we''re delivering our strategy by providing high-quality analysis, insight and evidence that inform strategic decisions and organisational learning. Working closely with strategic portfolios, Directors and senior stakeholders, you''ll help ensure decisions are grounded in robust evidence and a clear understanding of performance. You''ll act as a trusted analytical advisor, using a combination of strategic thinking, investigative analysis and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and help the organisation focus on what matters most for people, places and nature. This role is a fixed term contract for 24 months. The National Trust does not offer sponsorship.
