Senior People Partner

Acting as a strategic partner to leaders across multiple geographies, this role offers the chance to shape people strategies, drive high performance, and influence key stakeholders within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:

Partner strategically with senior leaders to design and deliver impactful people plans with measurable results.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple regions, including the UK, Germany, and India.

Lead organisational change initiatives, navigating ambiguity while supporting current and future business needs.

Drive a high-performance culture through workforce planning, compensation, talent management, and performance reviews.

Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and resolve cases effectively when required.

Use data and insights to influence decision-making and drive meaningful organisational improvements.

Champion diversity and inclusion, leading initiatives to create a more equitable and engaging workplace.

Thrive in a highly matrixed organisation, collaborating across teams to deliver results.

Take a hands-on approach, demonstrating a proactive mindset and willingness to roll up their sleeves in a growing business.

About You

Significant experience as a strategic HR business partner with a generalist skill set and the ability to add strategic value.

Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.

Experience supporting technology, product, or media-focused organisations is highly desirable.

Confidence in managing change, scaling organisations, and operating in ambiguous situations.

Experience working across multiple geographies and navigating diverse work cultures.

A collaborative and proactive approach, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset.
