Senior People Partner - County Antrim - Newly createdMCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a large, ambitious organisation undergoing significant transformation to appoint a Senior People Partner to its People function.The role:This is a commercially focused, strategic partnering role offering the opportunity to influence senior leadership, shape workforce strategy and support major organisational change.The main responsibilities: Developing and delivering functional people plans aligned with wider business objectives.Advising leaders on workforce costs, labour spend, budgets and organisational performance.Leading workforce planning in response to growth, automation and changing capability requirements.Supporting organisational design, restructuring and operating-model transformation.Leading initiatives across culture, engagement, leadership capability, talent and organisational effectiveness.Using people data and workforce intelligence to identify risks, trends and opportunities.Facilitating talent and succession-planning discussions with senior stakeholders.Providing oversight and guidance on formal employee-relations matters.Driving process improvement and ensuring consistent people practices across the organisation.Providing direction and support to People Partners aligned with the relevant business areas.The successful candidate:Strong strategic HR business partnering experience.Confidence influencing and constructively challenging Executive and ..... full job details .....
