You''ll work with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, develop capability and support change, while leading a team of People Partners to deliver a high-quality, value-adding service. What will you be doing?As our Senior People Partner, you will: Lead, coach and inspire a team of People Partners, helping them grow, develop and perform at their best.Create a high-performing partnering function built on accountability, consistency and excellent service.Balance workloads, allocate resources effectively and ensure priorities are delivered.Partner with senior leaders to turn strategic business objectives into impactful people plans.Lead complex employee relations matters, organisational change programmes and consultation activity.Use people insights, data and commercial awareness to influence decision-making at a senior level. Bring clarity and confidence to challenging situations, helping leaders navigate change and complexity successfully.
