      <description>Location: Bristol | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We''re looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join a highly regarded, people focused organisation, in the heart of Bristol, at an exciting point in its development. This is a hybrid role. This is a genuinely broad and influential role, partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to help shape people plans, navigate change and build high performing, inclusive teams. You''ll operate as a trusted adviser rather than simply responding to HR issues. That means understanding what the business is trying to achieve, identifying the people implications and helping leaders make commercially sound, pragmatic and well informed decisions.
