This is a permanent role sitting within a collaborative and forward-thinking People team, and offers £36,000, on a remote basis with some travel to the offices in London. This is a genuinely varied role, combining employee relations support with employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and culture-focused projects. Working closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation, you''ll provide guidance on a range of people matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and organisational change, while also helping to deliver initiatives that improve employee experience, wellbeing and workplace culture. You''ll bring solid experience in a HR or people-focused role, with a sound understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment law.
