Senior People and Development BP

The Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation in the search for an experienced Senior People and Development Business Partner to join their People and Development team. Based in Southampton, paying circa £55,000. You will report to a fantastic Head of PandD and partner with senior stakeholders, drive organisational change, champion equality, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the wider people strategy. What you''ll do as a Senior People and Development Business Partner: Partner with senior leaders to provide expert HR support across the full employee lifecycle. Deliver strategic and operational advice on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, organisational development and change. Lead on equality, engagement and wellbeing initiatives, supporting the delivery of the wider People Strategy. Coach and develop managers, enabling them to build confidence and capability in people management. Manage complex employee relations matters, including supporting investigations and appeals. Analyse workforce data, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve organisational performance. Work collaboratively with Trade Unions and external partners to support positive employee relations. Oversee occupational health and wellbeing programmes, ensuring employees receive the appropriate support. The ideal candidate will have: CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
