Senior Pension Administrator

We are currently working with one of the Uks providers of Pension and Actuarial services who are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior DB Pension Administrator to join one of their growing pension teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a pension professional with strong Defined Benefit (DB) administration experience to take ownership of a portfolio of schemes, support junior team members, and deliver a high-quality service to trustees, employers, and members. As a Senior DB Pension Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring pension schemes are administered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with legislation, scheme rules, and internal service standards. Key Responsibilities Administer a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension schemes. Calculate and process member benefits, including retirements, transfers, deaths, divorces, and deferred benefits. Check and review complex calculations and casework completed by colleagues. Respond to member, trustee, and client enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Prepare and maintain accurate member records and scheme documentation. Support pension payroll and annual administration activities. Assist with scheme events, projects, and implementations. Monitor workflows and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved. To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in Defined Benefit pension administration.
