The Role: Due to continued growth, this is a newly created position to take responsibility for gathering, validating, and managing payroll information from internal stakeholders and ensuring the external payroll providers receive accurate data within agreed timelines. Responsiblities include: Payroll Coordination Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle through external payroll providers across multiple countries. Manage the portal for all payrolls in platform Manage the Payroll relationship with the UK external provider who process payroll Collect, review, validate, and submit all payroll-related data, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and benefits. Liaise with HR, Finance, and departmental managers to ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted within required deadlines.
