Senior Payroll Manager - EMEA and APAC London Hybrid Working 3-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Permanent) Managing a Team of 2 Key ResponsibilitiesLead payroll operations across approximately 15-18 countries throughout EMEA and APACManage relationships with outsourced payroll providers, ensuring service levels and compliance are maintainedOversee payroll processing, approvals, controls and reconciliations across multiple jurisdictionsSupport internal and external audits, including tax, SOX and compliance reviewsPartner closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, Legal and senior stakeholdersManage, mentor and develop a small payroll teamReview payroll outputs, identify risks and drive continuous process improvementsSupport payroll projects, system enhancements and operational efficienciesEnsure payroll compliance with local legislation, employment taxes and statutory requirements Ideal CandidateMinimum 7 years'' payroll experience within a large international organisationStrong EMEA payroll knowledge with exposure to APAC payrollsPrevious experience managing payroll teams and reviewing payroll outputsStrong understanding of payroll compliance, employment taxes and controlsExperience working with outsourced payroll providersConfident managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environmentExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret payroll and financial dataExperience with CloudPay and/or Workday would be ..... full job details .....
