Senior Payroll Manager, Home-Based / Hybrid

Are you an experienced Senior Payroll Manager looking for a role where you can take real ownership, lead an established team and play a key part in growing a successful payroll service? The role can be based from Warrington or Liverpool with a salary of circa £60,000-£70,000 + bonus and will be predominantly home-based / hybrid This could be an excellent opportunity to step into a senior position with a well-established and growing professional services business. THE OPPORTUNITY The business is bringing an established payroll operation in-house, comprising approximately 300 clients and £330k of annual fee income, and is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to take the lead. You will oversee a team of payroll professionals, support the transition into the business and become a key part of the future development and growth of the payroll service. This is much more than a processing role. You will have the opportunity to shape the department, develop the team, improve processes and contribute to the growth of the client base and service line.
