Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage both monthly and weekly payroll runs
• Liaise with HMRC and provide payroll guidance to the HR team
• Assist in compiling payroll reports as required
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments on payroll-related matters

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior in-house payroll role
• Background in construction or engineering payroll is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organisational skills
