Senior Payroll Advisor
Our client is a well-established, not-for-profit organisation who are now looking to strengthen their payroll team with an experienced Senior Payroll Advisor. This role will be fully office based in Sawtry.As a Senior Payroll Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an accurate and efficient payroll service across multiple sites. This is a fast-paced and varied position, ideal for someone who enjoys both technical payroll work and supporting others.Key Responsibilities:Process high-volume payroll across multiple sitesManage payroll queries and provide expert advice to staffAdminister pensions and ensure compliance with TPS and LGPS schemesSupport payroll compliance and reporting requirementsMentor and support junior members of the payroll teamWork collaboratively with HR and finance teamsEssential experience required: Strong end-to-end payroll experienceConfident managing high-volume payrollExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to handle queries effectivelyDesirable:Experience with TPS and/or LGPS pension schemesPublic sector or education sector experienceFamiliarity with iTrent payroll systemBenefits:Generous pension scheme (including DB options - Local Government or Teachers'' Pension Scheme)37 hour working weekOn-site parking availableEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)Supportive team environment within a large organisation51530RMINDPAYSThe Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in ..... full job details .....
