This is a senior, client-facing position where you’ll manage payroll delivery, resolve technical queries and act as a trusted point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end weekly, monthly and annual client payrolls. Handle complex payrolls including benefits, share schemes, pensions and international assignments. Manage RTI submissions, HMRC correspondence and year-end processes. Administer auto-enrolment and complex pension arrangements. Advise clients on payroll legislation, statutory payments and holiday pay. Support new client onboarding, system implementations and parallel runs.
