Senior Payroll Advisor

Adaptable Recruitment are working with a well known charity based in Liverpool who is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. What We Offer Permanent role with salary £32,000-£35,000 Hybrid and flexible working, based from either our Chorley or Huyton offices Support towards CIPP Level 5 for the right candidate Real ownership of the payroll function, with the backing of an HR Operations team around you A supportive, values-led organisation Key Responsibilities Own the coordination of weekly and monthly payroll submissions across multiple locations Act as the primary liaison between Best Lives and our outsourced payroll provider, RSM Ensure payroll data is accurate, complete and submitted within agreed deadlines Review payroll information and resolve discrepancies or queries promptly Process payroll adjustments, advances and off-cycle payments Manage employee payroll queries with clear, timely responses Complete year-end activities and support statutory submissions to HMRC and pension providers Produce payroll reports and management information as required Build strong, collaborative relationships with managers, colleagues in HR Operations, and Payroll Provider Identify and lead improvements to payroll processes, systems and service About You Significant payroll experience - you know the job and want to put that experience to work CIPP qualified, or working towards Level 5, or open to studying towards it with our ..... full job details .....
